Imo - Four Catholic priests have been arrested in Imo State
following a protest they masterminded that led to the shooting of a DPO, Naij
During the protest, irate youths burnt and barricaded the
highway, heavily disrupting the town.
Commissioner of Police in the state, Taiwo Lakanu, states
that the Divisional Officer of Police that was shot, Danjuma Ragga, was shot on
the leg while trying to calm to the tension.

The youth hauled missiles at police and the reverend who was
leading the protest was trying to get police patrol vans to be burnt down.
Lakanu has stated that those involved will be heavily
punished for their crime.
