Abuja - Members of the Nigerian military
intelligence have reportedly arrested the suspected killer of Major General
Suspected members of the Boko Haram sect killed the Army
leader in his residence in Maiduguri, Borno State in November 2012.
The retired military officer was the first General Officer
Commanding of the Nigerian Army's 1st Division.

He also commanded the Nigerian Army's 1st Division during
the Nigerian Civil War.
Col. Sani Kukasheka Usman, the Acting Army spokesperson,
said the suspect will be paraded in Kano, where he has been arrested.
The identity of the suspect could not be ascertained.
