Abuja - The High Court of Bayelsa State has ordered Globacom
to vacate Sagbama after having debt of N32.5 million, Punch reported.
The suit was filed by Justina Agbereowei after Globacom
failed to pay rent on the land housing its base station for the past 10 years.

The family has demanded N100 million as a compensation fund
for general damages suffered by the claimants.
The court has been asked by the family to remove the fence
and accessories of their land.
