Benue - It is alleged that Fulani Herdsmen attacked an
killed eight farmers from different villages, Naij reported.
The attack is said to be the second one in a week according
to Benue State police command Moses Yamu.

Former Governor of Benue State, Gabriel Suswam has been
blamed for the fresh crisis between farmers and Fulani herdsmen. Myetti Allah
Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria states that Suswam failed to fix the
issues between the two groups.
Vanguard reports that the sequence of attacks has been
coordinated as people in the villages could not put up any form of resistance.
