Abuja - Governor Ayodele Fayose said that he has no solution to the striking workers in Ekiti State, saying that he couldn't sell himself or his family to raise funds for the striking workers, Punch reports.
The governor stated that striking was not an option and that the state had inadequate funds to pay the workers as they had only received funds of N751m with the wage bill being N2b for April.

Fayose said that he understood the workers grievances as the state owed them money, but he is being put in a difficult position as he can only work with the funds received from Abuja.
He also called upon those striking to call an end to it as it was not the best solution.
