Abuja - The National Research Institute for Chemical Technology, earlier today announced that it had developed a vaccine for Tuta Absoluta, also known as 'tomato ebola', Punch reports.
NAN reported that the Institute confirmed that an end had come to the crippling disease which had ravaged tomato farms across the country.

The vaccine was found to be very effective after going through an intense testing trial period during scientific tests.
The agency added that it had worked tirelessly to develop a cure for this epidemic and that it was now the duty of the Federal Government to ensure that the vaccine reached all affected farms.
