Amange called the reports as a figment of the imagination.
Newspaper reports claimed that Jonathan had fled the country to escape charges by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission of alleged fraudulent activities.
He added that Jonathan had no reason to go on exile as he had served the country with integrity and should be commended not condemned.
