Abuja - The fraud trial of Robert Azibaola, a cousin to
former President Goodluck Jonathan, has been adjourned to Friday.
Facing charges of alleged fraud to the tune of $40 million,
he appeared at the Federal High Court, Maitama in Abuja on a seven-count charge
involving a contract scam.
He and his wife, Stella, are standing trial before Justice

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has preferred
charges bordering on money laundering criminal breach of trust and corruption against
Justice Dimgba has adjourned the case to November 18 for
continuation of trial.
