Abuja - The trial of Nnamdi Kanu, the Director of Radio Biafra suffered a setback on Monday due to the absence of trial judge. Justice John Tsoho, reports NewsDay.
No reason was given by the court on why the judge did not sit.
Again, no formal communication was made to the lawyers of Kanu that the court will not sit on Monday.

Kanu is facing a six count criminal charge of treason, importation of illegal goods and possession of fire arms.
This postponement came as shock to Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) members that gathered at the court premises and environs waiting to see Kanu.
