Abuja - Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi
Kanu and two other pro-Biafra agitators have dragged the judge handling their
trial to the National Judicial Council, Vanguard reported.
Justice John Tsoho has been accused of misconduct in regards
to the trio who have been charged with a six-count treason charge before the
Federal High Court in Abuja.

The trio have asked Justice Tsoho to not handle their case
Premium Times has reported that Kanu's lawyer even
threatened to withdraw from his clients' trial after the claims he made.
