Lagos - A preliminary autopsy report on late Ronke Shonde, the lady allegedly killed by her husband Lekan, shows the victim was not killed by the marks of violence on her, Punch reports.
The result, which was still sketchy, showed that the cause of the death might be more complex than earlier thought.
Lekan, allegedly beat his wife, Ronke, to death at their home in the Egbeda-Idimu area of the state last Thursday.

He had accused Ronke of sleeping with one Kayode, the general manager of a publishing company where she worked as the human resources manager.
A source on Tuesday said the report was still being compiled, adding that only a phase had been completed.
However, the Lagos State Police Command according to Pulse has not been able to confirm the new development concerning investigations into the death of Ronke.
SP Dolapo Badmos, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, said they are yet to receive the autopsy report.
