Lagos - Lagos University Teaching Hospital’s (LUTH) doctors have started protesting yesterday following months of unpaid salaries.
Vanguard reports that Dr. Akinkunmi Afolabi, the president of the Association of Resident Doctors (LUTH-ARD), has said that no official reasoning has been given as why their salaries had no been paid and that other health workers and doctors in other Federal Government hospitals had been paid.

Some doctors had not been paid for four months, while others for two months.
