Lagos - A suspected female kidnapper, who was apprehended in Lagos, has made a shocking confession, Naij report.
The woman, who appeared to be in her mid-30s, was caught at Aka Road, Okokomaiko area of Lagos on Monday, July 11, when she was attempting to carry out her act.
According to the woman, who pretended to be a lunatic, all arrangement had been made for the smooth process of the purchase of her victim.
"We were 27 women that came as a syndicate from Benin Republic. Each woman was given five phones to contact their buyers once the targets, mainly little children, were found. We then discard the phone after transactions to avoid been traced. The abduction is for outright sale, not for a ransom.”

Residents in the Okoko area said the rate of kidnapping had increased in the past month.
According to a News24 report in March, Army officer serving at the Nigerian Army School of Infantry Jaji in Kaduna State, Colonel Samaila Inusa, was found dead days after he was abducted from his car around Kamazo area, near Refinery Junction in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
