Lagos - A 56-year-old man has been arraigned after he
allegedly defraud a business man of N8 million at Surulere Chief Magistrates's
Court in Lagos, Vanguard reported.
The accused is facing a three count charge of obtaining
money under false pretense and stealing.

According to the court, accused pretended to be selling two
containers containing Tiger generators and kitchenware. The business man paid
the N8 million through an account.
The accused failed to make the containers available.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
