Lagos - A Delta State-based businessman, Kingsley Agbaire who is accused of allegedly killing his business partner, broke down when the deceased's body was being exhumed and begged the victim's ghost for forgiveness, Punch reports.
A video posted online showed Agbaire crying out to his victims' body while being handcuffed as security agents were extracting the body from a shallow grave where it was buried.

Agbaire who is accused of killing his 51-year-old business partner, Lawrence Okoh can be heard shouting out in the video: "Lawrence forgive me, it was the devil that pushed me into killing you."
The police were alerted to the murder by neighbours who said that something might have happened in the house. After an investigation that lasted two weeks, Agbaire finally confessed to the killing.
He claims that there was an accomplice, named Kennedy who acted with him in committing the crime and that he was the one who had actually killed the victim by smashing a bottle over his head.
