Abuja - Members of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) have accused the Federal Government of attempting to cause instability throughout the South East through the killing of its protesters.
The group, who have claimed that the Government's goal is to create a civil war, has threatened to take officials to the Court of Justice at the Hague over allegedly incessant killings, Vanguard has reported.
Sunny Okereafor, National Director of Information at MASSOB, has claimed pro-Biafra protesters are being killed in numbers, leading to an unbearable situation throughout their strongholds.

Okereafor condemned political leaders for their failure to speak out on the killing of innocent Biafrans, going as far as calling their lack of concern an act of cowardice.
The group has since described efforts by the Government to negotiate with them as insincere, hypocritical and deceptive.
MASSOB has also praised Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose for his utterances against IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu's continued detention, saying that he has proven to be a true nationalist.
