Abuja - The embattled National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh will on Thursday appear before the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja for charges bordering on destruction of evidence, reports Punch.
Metuh had on Tuesday last week tore a statement he voluntarily made to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) regarding his alleged involvement in the $2.1billion arms fraud being investigated by the anti-graft agency.

Metuh tore the statement and attempted to chew it after it was presented to him by the investigating officer for endorsement, as part of preparations for his prosecution.
Metuh would be dragged before Justice Ishaq Bello.
Prison authorities have produced Metuh before the judge for the arraignment to take place.
