Abuja - The Senate Joint Committee assigned to investigate the alleged disappearance of the 2016 budget document have quizzed five National Assembly staff members, Punch reports.

Senator Samuel Anyanwu, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions, disclosed the development, saying that the Committee would submit their report on Thursday.

In addition, Anyanwu revealed that the report would later be discussed in either a closed session or in plenary, depending on the decision taken by Senate leadership.
