Mom of new born triplets stabbed to death in Rivers

Port Harcourt - A woman, who recently gave birth to triplets has been killed by suspected ritualists in Rivers State, Sout-South Nigeria.

The victim, Comfort Jackson, was murdered on Sunday, September 11 in Rumuekini community at Obio/Akpor local government area of Rivers state, Naij reports.

The unknown killers broke into the home of the deceased, stabbed her to death with a knife in her husband’s residence, pluck out her intestines and abandoned the babies.

According to report, the husband of the deceased had traveled when the unfortunate incident happened.

News24 reported that a Lagos father was arrested after he allegedly killed his wife over a money ritual.

The man had been gone for two weeks and upon his arrival his wife prepared food for him. He suspected to be poisoned and was seen licking a black substance straight after consuming the food.
