Lagos - The mother of the twins that were shot dead by a drunk mobile policeman in the Ketu area of Lagos State, has embarked on an indefinite hunger strike, Vanguard reports.
The 75 year-old woman, has refused to eat since the incident and was seen staring at sympathisers who thronged her relative’s home on Ojefemi Street to console her over the loss of her 34-year-old twin children.
The deceased twins alongside their friend were shot dead at the weekend by a drunk mobile policeman, in front of Paulson Hotel in Ketu area of Lagos State after they refused to buy him a drink.

The deceased twin brothers were identified as Taiwo and Kehinde Oyesunle. Their friend was known simply as Jeje, while the name of the police officer was Sergent Stephen James.
According to reports, trouble started when Sergeant James, who is attached to Mopol 22, Ikeja threatened to shoot customers if they failed to buy him an alcohol. When Taiwo, Kehinde and Jeje cautioned him to comport himself as an adult and a responsible policeman, he reportedly felt offended and ambushed the trio before murdering them.
On seeing the crime he had committed, Sergent James allegedly shot himself in the chest and died instantly.
