Lagos - The Niger Delta Red Square has announced the end of a two-week ceasefire while warning the Imo State government that their next phase of attacks would take the state by storm, Naij reports.

The group through a statement posted on their Facebook account threatened that the state and Nigeria will be shocked by their next attack while promising to show the country the deadliest side of the militancy.
The Squad said their activities were against the excessive use and marginalization of the oil bearing communities in the state.
News24 Nigeria reported that President Muhammadu Buhari insisted that Nigeria's unity was not negotiable, Buhari while speaking during his sallah message said that keeping Nigeria united as one entity is a task that must be done.
