Lagos - Nigeria Com, the meeting point for the largest telecoms and information and communications technology market in Africa, will be returning to Lagos later this year.

Organisers confirmed the event would be held on September 20-21.

“The 2016 show champions the wider roll out of efficient and affordable broadband access as the great enabler for a burgeoning knowledge based economy in Nigeria,” said Christian Larsmon, Informa Account Manager for NigeriaCom.

Larsmon said with efforts to move away from oil driven economy NigeriaCom represented the future of digital business, connecting the national decision makers and bringing foreign direct investment into Nigeria.

Among topics to be discussed include winning global investment with Nigeria’s broadband potential, rural telecoms focus sessions, digital television and broadcasting content, new features for enterprise and small and medium enterprises.
