Abuja – The Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) is set to meet on Sunday to review the ongoing strike over fuel price increase.
According to Punch, the meeting was also aimed at mapping the way forward.
The recent increase saw the fuel price being upped from N86 to N145.
Reports on Saturday said that the former minister of petroleum and energy, professor Tam David-West had dismissed as "nonsense", the government’s decision to increase the price of fuel.
David-West insisted that petrol could be sold at N40 per litre.
