Abuja - Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi Ojaja II, otherwise known as the Ooni of Ife, made an unscheduled visit to Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi to join him in celebration of his 45th coronation anniversary.
Speaking at the thanksgiving service, the Ooni emphasized his goal of unifying Yoruba descendants the world over, Vanguard reports.
Despite arriving at Alaafin's palace uninvited, the Ooni revealed that he is ready to face the consequences, should there be any, showing that he will not be deterred from his initial vision.

Accompanied by 100 monarchs from across Yoruba land, the Ooni declared that there will be unity across Nigeria and, by extension, the world.
Speaking at his coronation, Alaafin expressed joy at seeing the Ooni and all other Obas of Yorubaland, declaring that all Yoruba monarchs unite in order to bring progress to the country.
