18 January 2016, 08:05

Abuja - Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi Ojaja II, otherwise known as the Ooni of Ife, made an unscheduled visit to Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi to join him in celebration of his 45th coronation anniversary.

Speaking at the thanksgiving service, the Ooni emphasized his goal of unifying Yoruba descendants the world over, Vanguard reports.

Despite arriving at Alaafin's palace uninvited, the Ooni revealed that he is ready to face the consequences, should there be any, showing that he will not be deterred from his initial vision.
