Abuja - A special advisor to former President Goodluck Jonathan has angrily requested Zenith Bank to explain the images of its management staff kneeling before Governor Ayodele Fayose, that has infuriated Nigerians, Naij reports.

Reuben Abati, former special advisor to President Goodluck Jonathan has demanded an explanation from Zenith Bank regarding the viral images showing their management team kneeling before Fayose.

The Ekiti State Governor claims that his election was majorly funded by the bank, as reported by News24 Nigeria.

Zenith Bank however denied his claims saying that it in no way dealt with his personal finances and only handled money of the office of the national security advisor.

The images that went viral today though is another twist in the saga leaving many Nigerians infuriated by them and baffled to what the actual truth is.
