Lagos - A 45-year-old policeman has been arraigned after he
allegedly shot dead an innocent man during a heated argument in Lagos, Punch
Police sergeant, Ologunowa Ojo, had been guarding a company
that sells motorcycles in the Shapati area of Lagos.
The victim was sitting on the fence of the company, which
led to the two men having an argument.

Ojo shot the man in his buttocks and was quickly rushed to
hospital. The man was confirmed dead after he's arrival in hospital.
The policeman was later arrested and expressed he had no
intentions of killing the man as he was on duty and just trying to do his job.
He has been arraigned for one count of murder and will
remain in prison until March.
