Akure - Some officers of the Nigeria Police Force on Monday morning, took to the streets in Ondo State.
They are protesting the non-payment of their last Saturday governorship election allowance, reports Punch.
The policemen trooped out to Fagun Street in Ondo town chanting various war songs to kick against the way they were treated after the governorship election.

They beat up journalists who tried to speak with them and residents who made attempts to take their photographs.
The rampaging officers caused traffic logjam in the area.
