Abuja - Senate President Bukola Saraki has distanced himself from the $2 billion arms deal involving immediate past National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, reports Daily Trust
Saraki in a statement on Tuesday said he has never had anything to do with purchase of security equipment.
Saraki was reacting to reports that he also benefited from the arms deal.

His comments is coming as security operatives pounced on former public office holders who are suspected to have connection with the arms deal running into $2 billion.
Saraki said in his entire political career he had never served in any committee or body which has any link with Defence or national security.
