Abuja - Senate President Bukola Saraki may have recovered N52 million out the alleged N300 million stolen from his bedroom, reports Sahara Reporters.
The money was recovered by the police from Saraki’s domestic accountant, named Alhaji Ishmail.
Several domestic staff of Saraki are still in police custody over the theft of the huge sum of money.

The names of the detained staff were given as Isaac Nuhu, Oyeniyi Oluwatoyin, Johnson Oluwafemi, Ayoko Ohibu, Tunde Abolade, Buhari Mufutau, Sunday Dalumo, Abel Gbewa, Ajani Bamidele. Ojo Makonde, Femi Adebayo, Haruan Sheidu, Alimi Yinusa, Muhammed Gambari, Emile Abayomi, Shola Owolabi, Nathaniel Ahouangnimon, Akinboboye, Cletus and Achwuche.
Saraki has since denied that the money was stolen from his bedroom according to News 24..
Saraki said the money was stolen from the Administrative Office located next door to his house.
He also denied that N300 was stolen.
He stated that only N12 million was stolen and that the money does not belong to the Kwara State government has been speculated.
