Abuja - Justice Abdul Kafarati of the Abuja Federal High Court, who earlier withdrew from the trial of Senate President Bukola Saraki, will today deliver judgment on it.
Kafarati had on March 22 withdrawn from the suit, citing an online publication which accused him of compromise.
The publication alleged that N2 billion was found in the judge’s private account.

However, following the intervention of the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, the case has been re-listed for delivery today.
Saraki had, through his counsel, Ajibola Oloyede, asked the court to quash the corruption charges against him at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).
