Abuja - Senate President Bukola Saraki’s trial before the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) resumes on Monday, November 7.
Saraki is standing trial on a 16-count charge of alleged false asset declaration.
Since the charges were leveled against him, Saraki has stalled the trial for months.

His latest attempt to have all charges dropped against him was thwarted by the Court of Appeal.
The appellate court had on October 27 dismissed Saraki's motion to stop his trial.
The tribunal at its last sitting on October 5 adjourned sitting till November 7 and 8.
