School proprietor sentenced to 10 years for rape

Ekiti - A school proprietor in Ado Ekiti State has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for raping a 10-year-old school pupil, Pulse reported.

Babatunde Ibitoye was given a ruling by Justice Toyin Abodunde, agreeing that all the evidence presented have proved beyond doubt that Ibitoye is culpable of the crime.

According to reports, the school proprietor was caught red handed as him and the victim ave had a sexual relationship before this.

The defendant was caught with his pants down by some teachers of the school.
