Abuja - Senate President, Bukola Saraki on Sunday disclosed that some robbers invaded his home in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, about two weeks ago, reports NewsDay.
He said the robbers made away with his N12m cash.
Saraki said the money was stolen from the Administrative Office located next door to his house.
Saraki, who gave the explanation in Abuja through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, denied report that his domestic aides were responsible for the theft.
Saraki according to Daily Post further explained that the money does not belong to the Kwara State Government, as being insinuated by some people
He said the incident had been reported to the police.

The latest incident is coming 6 months after two State Security Services (SSS) agents in his security detail allegedly participated in an armed robbery of a bureau de change operator.
