Tompolo claims he has nothing to do with the N34 billion NIMASA fraud case

18 January 2016, 07:21

Lagos – Government Ekpemupolo, as known as Tompolo, the former Niger Delta militant leader has denied that he was implicit in the N34billion Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) fraud.

Today reported that Tompolo expressed his innocence in an open letter to President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday.

“The truth of the matter is that I do not know anything about the 34 billion naira EFCC is talking about. First, it was 13 billion naira (N13bn) issue, now it is 34 billion naira (N34bn),” he said.
