Tompolo summoned to appear in court one last time

Lagos - Ex-militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, also better known as Tompolo has been summoned by the Federal High Court of Ikoyo, Lagos to appear in court for his fraudulent activities, TheCable reported.

Tompolo has been given a last chance to appear as earlier, he had declined to appear for his involvement in the fraudulent land contracts for the construction of the Nigerian Maritime University.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission took Tompolo to court but failed to honour their request and the commission has expressed if he does not appear before Thursday, lawful measures will be taken.

The spokesperson of the EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren, has stated that Tompolo will be brought to justice.
