Abuja - Three traders met their demise when a truck crashed into a van loaded with pepper in Lagos, Punch reports.
The accident, which took place on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, occurred when the truck rammed into the van, killing three people on the spot.
The driver of the van was said to have been injured as a result of the collision, while the truck driver fled the scene.

Seye Adeleke, an eyewitness on the scene, disclosed that the bodies of the three deceased could clearly be seen, while the driver of the van was left unconscious and bleeding profusely.
H.U Omeje, Lagos State Sector Commander at the FRSC, confirmed the crash and urged motorists to remain vigilant while driving.
