WATCH: Senator reveals how Ibori supported Saraki, Dogara from prison

Abuja - Senator Peter Nwaoboshi from Delta State has revealed the political power former Delta State governor, James Ibori wielded behind bars while serving a 13-year prison term in the United Kingdom.

Nwaoboshi , who traveled from Nigeria to meet with Ibori after his release from prison on Wednesday, revealed how Ibori was giving political assistance to Senate President Bukola Saraki and Speaker Yakubu Dogara from prison.

Nwaoboshi also revealed how Ibori made him Senator, made his daughter a state house of assembly member and annointed two governors in the state.

Ibori was released from prison following an order of a Royal Majesty Court.

bori will, however, remain in the UK until his deportation to Nigeria is fully processed.

He has been restricted to his apartment and also required to report weekly to a police station in Croydon area of London.
