Yenagoa - Supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have again clashed with those of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, reports Leadership.
The clash, which left two people fatally injured, happened on Sunday along the Agudama-Ekpetiama communities in Yenagoa local government area of the state.
Trouble started when some suspected thugs dressed in APC campaign T-shirts and led by a loyalist of the former deputy governor, Werinipre Seibarugu, allegedly invaded the Yenagoa communities under cover of darkness and attacked some known PDP youths in the area.

In the process, two PDP youth were beaten to pulp.
The injured PDP members, whose condition are said to be critical, are at the moment receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.
The thugs also went on rampage by destroying properties belonging to PDP members.
The renewed clash is coming few days after a similar clash in Ekeremor LGA led to the killing of a youth member of the APC in the state.
