Calabar - The All Progressives Congress (APC) has denied having any pact with the Cross River State Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade, on the constitution of the state executive council, reports Daily Post.
The party said Ayade’s proposal was a contraption of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)-led government in the state to score cheap political points.
