Gombe - Gombe State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has expelled Senator Danjuma Goje from the party, reports City People.
Goje who is currently representing Gombe Central Senatorial District in the Senate, was a former governor of the state from 2003 to 2011.
Goje expulsion, which took effect from July 1, 2015 was made public by the Gombe APC State Chairman, Magaji Doho.
Doho said Goje was expelled for alleged anti-party activities.

According to Doho, the former governor was expelled because Goje has decided to have parallel state executives of the party in the state.
Doho himself was suspended by a faction of the party on Monday.
