Ilorin - Governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Wednesday declared their support for consensus method of choosing the presidential aspirant and other candidates for other positions in the party, reports Punch.
The governors under the aegis of the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), who make their position known after their meeting in Ilorin, said they would support consensus arrangement for the emergence of a presidential candidate as long as there is no imposition of candidates and does not weaken the unity and strength of the party.

Chairman of the forum, Rochas Okorocha, who addressed newsmen at the end of the meeting, however, said neither the party nor the forum had adopted any candidate.
