Abuja - Fresh crisis is brewing in the All Progressives Congress (APC) over the sharing of principal offices in the Senate, reports Punch.
The fresh crisis followed another attempt by some party chieftains to select those to occupy the positions of the Senate Leader, Deputy Senate leader, Chief Whip of the Senate and the Deputy Senate Whip.

While the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki has recommended to the APC National Working Committee (NWC) that the positions be allocated to the zones, some chieftains of the party, especially those from the South-West, want them filled by the party’s hierarchy.
A meeting called by the party’s NWC on Thursday to resolve the issue failed to agree on the modalities for sharing the positions.
