Those present at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium were Muhamadu Buhari, Bola Tinubu and Governors of APC controlled states.
Others were APC’s Interim National Chairman, Bisi Akande, Nuhu Ribadu, Tom Ikimi, Nasir El-Rufai; Bukola Saraki and Ogbonaya Onu.
Rotimi Akaredolu, Olusegun Osoba, Segun Oni, Danjuma Goje, Bello Masari and Abubakar Baraje were also in attendance.
Some of those who spoke described Fayemi as a 'deliberate choice’ of the party and appealed to the electorate to cast their votes for him.
A minute silence was held at the rally for victims of Tuesday’s bomb blast in Jos.
