Abuja - The All Progressives Congress (APC) is not happy with former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal,for their roles in the elections of principal officers of the National Assembly, reports Punch.
Atiku is being accused of colluding with Senator Bukola Saraki to undermine the will of the party while Tambuwal, who is the immediate past Speaker of the House of Representatives, supported Yakubu Dogara who emerged the new Speaker of the House.

The party is planning to sanction both Atiku and Tambuwal over the outcome of the elections.
Sources within the party stated that the duo went against the party’s candidates because of their presidential ambitions.
Saraki, Dogara, Atiku and Tambuwal defected to the APC from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
