Benin City - Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole has said the exit of former External Affairs Minister, Tom Ikimi from All Progressives Congress [APC] will not affect the fortunes of the party.
He said Ikimi’s membership of the party has caused more problems for the party in the state, reports Daily Trust.
The governor who spoke through his adviser on political matters, Charles Idahosa, said it was absurd for Ikimi to have said he was leaving the party just because John Odigie Oyegun was made national chairman of the party.
