Abuja - The entry of Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal into the presidential race is currently creating confusion and anxiety in the rank and file of the All Progressives Congress, reports NewsDay.
Tambuwal’s entrance into the race less than a month to the party’s presidential primary has already created disaffection in the camp of a leading aspirant for the party’s ticket, l Muhammadu Buhari.

The party leadership is equally worried that Tambuwal’s entry could jeopardize the party’s efforts towards ensuring a consensus candidate among the four presidential aspirants: Buhari, former vice president, Atiku Abubakar; Kano State Governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso and the Publisher of Leadership Newspaper, Sam Nda-Isaiah.
John Oyegun, the party’s chairman is reported to be in a fix over the development.
