Calabar - The All Progressives Congress (APC) has threatened to drag the presiding judge of the Cross River State Election petition Tribunal, Justice Chrisopher Awubra, before the National Judicial Council (NJC) for alleged compromise, reports National Mirror.
The party accused the judge of collecting bribe from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to frustrate all petitions against the PDP.

The party noted all the rulings delivered so far at the tribunal were allegedly skewed in favor of the PDP.
APC's National Vice Chairman, South-South, Hilliard Eta, who disclose the party’s plan to drag the judge before the NJC, said all the things the party seek from Justice Awubra’s tribunal have been denied, yet all the prayers of PDP have been granted.
