Port Harcourt - The All Progressives Congress (APC) has urged President Goodluck Jonathan to apologise to the people of Nasarawa State over the failed plot to impeach Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura by members of the State House of Assembly.
The party also wants all the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lawmakers, who spear-headed the botched impeachment to be recalled by their constituencies, reports Leadership.

The APC in a statement issued in Port Harcourt said it was unfortunate that President Goodluck Jonathan failed to call the lawmakers to order in their evil mission to steal the mandate freely given to Al-Makura.
The party said the botched impeachment was an attempt to ridicule the country’s democracy and cause havoc in the polity.
