Awka - Lawmakers elected under the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), who recently defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) may lose their seat as APGA has threatened to recall them from the House.

The party leadership has initiated plans to recover its mandate from the lawmakers, reports The Sun.
Rommy Ezeonwuka, a member of APGA Board of Trustees, said appropriate measures would be taken to recall them because they have betrayed the party.
He noted that defected lawmakers cannot continue to enjoy their membership of the National Assembly, when the platform that took them to the House had been jettisoned.
