Yenagoa - Expelled and suspended members of the All Progressives Congress in Bayelsa State have dragged the party before the High Court of the state over alleged violation of their rights as members of the party, reports Daily Independent.
The aggrieved APC chieftains are Perekeme Kpodoh, Sunday Oputu, Linus Opuakpa, Koripamo Enoch, Christopher Abariowei, Harrow Zuokumo, Mrs. Rosemary Okia and Fred Akamu.

Others include Godwin Sidi, Enabuna Timidi, Kingsley Wire, Daniel Oweizidei, Moses Dennis, Prince Awini and Emmanuel Vector Weke.
The claimants urged the court to declare that their purported expulsion from the party was unconstitutional, null and void and of no effect whatsoever.
The party chieftains were expelled in June for engaging in alleged anti- party activities.
